I think Japan will go after Chernobyl Russia if their leaders always keep in mind to have nuclear weapon their own. Some Japanese are not peaceful people.
There is nothing the general people can do for these kind of disaster. The Japanese didn't learn the mistake from the Russian. May be years later another Chernobyl or Fukushima disaster will happen again.
This kind of tragedy is keep happening as small group of people (Government) always have done stupid things for their own will but screw-up the general public...

Sales of ocean fish drop. Very soon people here will 搶水instead of salt. I will not stock up on water, cause we still used water to shower, laundry....just drinking bottle water is not going to work.
