普拉蒂尼批评温格的政策

欧足联主席普拉蒂尼批评阿森纳主教练温格和其他俱乐部，他们在很小的年纪就买下年轻球员。在买下有潜力的球员并培养为球星方面，温格很有名。　　但是他的法国同胞普拉蒂尼并不感冒，他说：“我不喜欢温格的系统。”
　　“在法国，意大利和西班牙，很容易就花钱卖到14、15或者16岁的优秀球员，我不喜欢这个做法。”
　　他补偿说：“如果最好的俱乐部买下最好的15、16岁球员，欧洲其他的俱乐部就没有前途了。”
　　“如果我的儿子16岁在米尔沃尔踢球，然后曼联买下他，那么什么时候米尔沃尔才能有一支好的球队？”
　　普拉蒂尼热衷于各国把一个冠军联赛名额分配给国内杯赛的冠军，欧足联将会在11月12日开会讨论这个提议和其他的议题。
　　“联赛对这个提议不太支持，但是俱乐部和国家足协就更热衷一些。”
　　“但是我对于所有人的建议都持开放的态度，重要的是为足球好，而不是我和我的想法。”

i nt agree with platini coz u also need to have the ability to buy the "potential" young player mah,not every class also have the scout like arsenal can buy so many good young player la!!!

Bernard i fully support you. Not only that, just imagine if Good Young Player never being Trained by Arsenal (for example), then it would be very unlikely for that particular player to be growth as a Establish Player's.

For example, Fabregas is Young TALENT. But if FABREGAS never being Trained by Barca and Arsenal and do you thing Fabregas could growth as a Good Player.

Club's like Barca and Arsenal have a very complete Youth Training Scheme and System. Their Youth Coach would be the Best in the World. Their Youth Training Ground and Training School are also No:1 in the World.

Therefore, if Fabregas being trained in Swansea (say, since 12 years old) and do you thing he could be as good as today Fabregas?

yaya,i have same feeling la...i think if Febregas is not at arsenal now,or in the small club,i think he also cant call by other as talent player nw la,maybe he just a normal player only la....and all young player in arsenal can be talent all is because they are teaching by wenger how to be a good player,this all is step by step la...i think this is a special thing tat wenger have only la...if dun have wenger,i think they all cant be the pecfect la...
