Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud believes luring Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre away from Old Trafford will be "complicated". Silvestre is one of three targets Triaud has identified for his club this summer as Les Girondins look to improve on the second place they achieved in the recently-completed Ligue 1 campaign.
The other two names on Bordeaux's wish-list, Yoann Gourcuff of AC Milan and Yoan Gouffran of Caen, are likely to arrive in Triaud's view.
But attracting Silvestre away from England is seen as being more challenging.
"To get a player who is on an English salary is complicated," Triaud said of Silvestre in L'Equipe. |
