setup disc was the MANUAL itself!!! I'm using prolink WGR1004. After rounds of frustration, I'd confirm setting is the problem, but still not so sure which setting is wrong.
DHCP set左enable.

May be need IP renew(Repair/Diagnose) to match the router.

Reset a few times already, from the prolink website, i think the only thing i miss out is the DRIVER!!! It didn't come with the package!? After install the FW, it was fine now... Hopefully it fixed permanently...
