[Windows] pls help!!!

i open my computer and click c: drive all the c:drive file is .exe on i open show all the hidden file and folder exp:( windows , windows.exe /program files ,program files.exe) in drive c: inside the folder all is same ,got 1 thing no same wan is got .exe .....who can help me ?and how to solve in please!!!

your computer could be infected with virus.
please get an anti virus software to scan your computer.

中毒啦！很嚴重的病毒，建議先將重要資料備份出來，然後重灌比較快又省事。灌好後，將資料COPY回去之前要記得掃毒。
