Usmanov increases stake

Red and White Holdings Limited, an investment vehicle co-owned by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, has purchased more shares in Arsenal by raising its stake by 2 per cent to 23 per cent.



The purchase, which was announced to the Stock Exchange on Friday morning, sees Usmanov just one per cent away form the club's highest shareholder Danny Fiszman, who has 24 per cent.

i would like arsenal being owned by R and W , but unless usmanov wont put in his own opinion...

The Russian have very strong Ambitious to Take-Over Arsenal (to be Highest Shareholder).......

I believe this is just a timely matter and he will be the Major Share Owner defenitely in one day...........

Russian-man + Danny Fiszman share = 23+24=47 %. Then the other 53% would be the next target for Russian-man...........

Unless Danny has more money to compete with him , but i don't think so........
