[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

材料    :急凍鴨胸2件、菜心(汆熟)6棵、白飯2碗、清雞湯2杯、水1杯。

Sauce :6 cup Water, 1/2 cup Light soya sauce, 1/4 cup Dark soya sauce, 1/3 cup Rock sugar, 1pc Aged tangerine peel, 4 thick slice Ginger, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine.

做法 Steps:
