Try with BJVPN. I'm using 4MB Streamyx at Malaysia here now. Before i apply the BJVPN, i'm using Thunder and became a member. The speed became back for me cause i'm using "li xian xia zai". But, sometimes can reached 450KBPS and sometimes just 100KBPS. So, got a friend intro me BJVPN. Now my speed maintain 450KBPS even until 500KBPS. 1 day of my download reach aropund 30GB. It is very nice. But, it is very depends on the location and the BJVPN server country selected. If any1 got interested with this, can contact me ooo...
