Hi Cherry, there are quite a lot of China-Brand Tablet PC (android) at low priced (1K-2K$) but I just afraid their design. Heard that some were burned when being charged. So, if you don't dare to take the risk, you can get it with that low price....... Regarding the network service charge, I don't think it is a big deal.
