Project Investment = 項目投資, 所以肯定不夠貼切。

創業投資，Venture Capital （風險投資）是一般 Industry Understood term. So I will translate "创业投资基金会" as "Association of Venture Capital Funds" or "VC Investment Club", VC Investment Foundation 也可以，視乎該“資金會”的成立目的，是“資金”的協會或是 “資金會” （Foundation)。
