2 DSRL (DX or FX)
3 mirroless (can change lense)

Now in the DLSR the mirrorless is very popular as they are much lighter and the lens are compatible with various bodies

Personally I like Nikon better than Canon.
Try D7000 (DX) or D800 (FX).
(D600 is a FX camera but the spec is not higher than D7000)
Once you decide the body. Then you can start shop for the lenses.
