蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

3. 在煮滾時,依次序放入胡椒粉及鹽調味後即成奶油白醬。
