METHOD
9 d* a3 k5 f3 i8 o+ P% G! H1. Mix the fish fillet, cuttlefish and shrimp with the marinade sauceand let it stand for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil. Remove and drain. Setaside.' @( G1 o% X/ ^/ N. Q# e" X# {
2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a wok. Fry pounded garlic until fragrant.Stir in pineapples, seasoning and seafood from step 1. Stir-fry themixture.$ J, T2 t( r. R+ l' n
