METHOD

1. Mix the fish fillet, cuttlefish and shrimp with the marinade sauceand let it stand for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil. Remove and drain. Setaside.

2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a wok. Fry pounded garlic until fragrant.Stir in pineapples, seasoning and seafood from step 1. Stir-fry themixture.
