First check the compatiblity list to find the one that closely match your hardware configuration, then look for the version, download the iso, then burn it, use the slowest speed possible. Next boot from DVD/CD Drive, follow the instruction, as for what option(s) to choose during installation is always trial by error, some might work well with EFI some might not.
