I am not trying to discourage you. Just consider the following points before you do any upgrade:
1) How many years have you used your machine? Life expectancy of a computer is 3 to 5 years. Your computer can no longer cater for the new technolodgy or software.
2) AGP Graphic Cards are already outdated. You'll get no support from manufacturers.
3) For what reasons you want to upgrade your display card?
I don't think that you should upgrade your machine at all.
