It'll be a long or even eternal wait... according to several different iOS hackers including pod2g, the ATV3 with iOS5.1.1 is un-jailbreak-able because there's no attack surface. The only hope is that a feature rich iOS6 comes out which might expose a backdoor; but that's a big "IF" and I wouldn't put my money on that.
