Stockholm Sweden is situated at far north of the pole,weather is extreme cold,no military interests,hence no dictators like Hitler or Napoleon had their eyes on it. A good example is when Napoleon attacked Russia due to the serious bad cold weather and no food at all he was defeated at Siberia,thus led to his fall from the throne .
