if windows can't find any possible hard drive to install windows, it will tell you to press F3 to restart your machine.
if so, you probably need to install driver for your controller (IDE, SATA, SCSI or eles)
you will need to press F6 after you first started the windows install, however the setup on able to detect Floppy.........(it could be external USB floppy) , so at this point you will have to obtain the driver and place it into the floppy disk (driver can be downloaded from you motherboard manufacture) .
If you don't have a floppy drive, you will need to embedded your controller driver to your windows xp installation cd.
