Been raining here too, not 落暴雨.  Wet and cold, but not as cold as when there is a clear sky.
Clear sky and sunny during the day is good, but clear sky and windy at night is freezing cold.

Just looked it up, its actually at north west; no, I haven't been there.  So that actually border with Thailand, right?
