人們看見天邊彩虹時，好像只見紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、靛和紫七種顏色。其實陽光中有些光因波長不同，是肉眼看不到的，包括紅外綫和紫外綫，還有被大氣層擋隔着的X射綫和宇宙射綫。

Actually 紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、靛和紫 is comes from visible light..there are other lights with different wavelengths.. radio, microwave, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet (or better known as UV), X-rays and gamma rays. all these are in the increasing order of wavelength.
