老实说，名字本身会让人有联想，但是论坛内容就完全差十万八千里..
以下纯粹个人意见，与问题无关：
我以前读过mass comm law，里面有一个law是叫demafamation Act-> http://www.agc.gov.my/agc/oth/Akta/Vol.%206/Act%20286.pdf
有一个case study 是讲原告sue被告滥用他的名字，但是并没有lower其reputation (对其声誉没影响）所以到最后法官判被告胜。
this is under section 5 as stated below:
Slander affecting official, professional, or business reputation
5. In an action for slander in respect of words calculated to
disparage the plaintiff in any office, profession, calling, trade or
business held or carried on by him at the time of the publication,
it shall not be necessary to allege or prove special damage whether
or not the words are spoken of the plaintiff in the way of his office,
profession, calling, trade or business.
所以以我所见，tvbnow名称而言，并无让人错觉tvb有任何坏的影响，反之，tvb now，在marketing用语是：此物非常好，应该立刻用等..

所以并没有lower其reputation，反而还“赞”它好。
2.所以我觉得“联想”会有，但是实际上用户皆知道此论坛内容和tvb无关吖！unless是under copy right act. (名字相似）

本人学艺不精，不懂under section几  ，但是以前依稀记得（好像）需与原物要有５种不相似处。所以－〉tvbnow比tvb多“now＂罢了..我回家再读读看..
