Keane planning triple swoop ahead of new season

Sunderland boss Roy Keane will today continue his bid to strengthen the three areas of the squad he feels need improvement.
Keane has been one of the Premier League's busiest managers - bringing in Tottenham trio Pascal Chimbonda, Steed Malbranque and Teemu Tainio, plus El-Hadji Diouf from Bolton.
But the former Manchester United midfielder has confirmed he has his eye on three more additions, saying: 'We're happy with the calibre of players we've brought in up to now.
'But there are three positions at the club I want to work on - and unless you're really daft, you should be able to work out what they are.
'But for me to talk about players with other clubs would be totally wrong.'
The Black Cats are light in attack, with Kenwyne Jones injured, while he has been targeting two players to strengthen his defence.
As well as new faces arriving at the Stadium of Light, Keane expects several players to leave the club this summer.
Swedish striker Rade Prica is in talks over a return to Scandinavia, having failed to break into the side following his January arrival from Aalborg.
'There are one or two Scandinavian clubs speaking to Rade, and we'll look at that,' Keane told the club's official website.
'We've had one or two calls about some of our players in the last few days, and I think there'll be one or two of our players moving out - even if they're on loan.
'That's something we have to look at, because we have a decent number of players - and as a professional footballer you've got to look to be playing games, so there are options that we put to the players. But the bottom line is if they want to go, or sit here and pick up their money.'
Younes Kaboul looked set to be the fourth Tottenham player to join Sunderland but now appears more likely to move to Portsmouth - while Reading's England full-back Nicky Shorey and Manchester United striker Louis Saha have also been linked with Wearside.
There was some good news yesterday regarding Jones, Keane revealing the Trinidad and Tobago forward should be back in training within two months.
The 23-year-old sustained a knee injury on international duty against England in June, and there were fears he could be out until around Christmas.
Keane said: 'Fortunately we've avoided major surgery and expect him back in training in the next six to eight weeks.'
Sunderland can be the another black horse or not?
