[Windows] need hlp

Can i ask is it my winXP problem hardware prob.... Why some times download very fast but after finish cannot continue fast for other download... Check got alot seeds...

It is not windows or hardware problem, just internet speed & BT seeds affect download.

ya... it just the Internet line speed + the BT seeds affect..
