Wrong prediction of the Storm.  At first it was we are at the outskirt of Typhoon, now South of Taichung is issued land warning.  But the North is getting ALL the rain.  My area have 1000mm already which is about 3.3 feet of water.  Tonight is full moon and high tide, more rain and flood alert.
