[硬碟] 求救..移动硬盘开不了..

我的那嗰500GB WD external HD
由于不小心摔了一下..
之后重新连接到电脑的时候..
在My computer里已经看不到那嗰盘了..
而在safe remove那里..
名字没有了F盘之类的名称...
现在在safe remove哪里只显示USB MASS STORAGE DEVCIE..
又不能重新格式化..
谁能教我怎样弄才好?

你HDD里的资料重要吗？如是非常重要就拿去厂商维修。但是这是要收费的喔！而且价钱比你重新买新的还要贵。

如果是要重新格式化，就在my computer按右键。然后选manage。 你会看到computer management，在storage/disc management那里进行格式化。

upon power up, do you hear some knocking sound from the hard drive? if yes, mean there is some mechanical failure. no point for doing formatting. just bring back to supplier and told them can not detect.

你的外置hard-disc是可否可以拆盒?
如果可以,試試重新插緊.....那些ide或sata接線的插口
另外扭緊用來固定hard-disk於硬碟盒那四粒螺絲,
再接駁電腦,看看得唔得先?
因為很多時....即使螺絲鬆了,電腦都會認唔到!

如果真的是硬碟本身有事,自己應該整唔掂,要搵專業既人去修理!

我也碰到这样的事，只是我的硬盘可以在最早的机子上读出，要是换成别的机子就什么也没有了，0字节

移除所有usb端口設備，重新掃描安裝驅動。可能是端口辯認驅動出錯了，請每次正確地、安全地移除移動設備，一般不要隨便拔出。

delete all usb host controller from the Device Manager，then reinstall them，maybe it's the driver problem with usb host controller。safety and probably remove external hard disk from PC

你聽聽是否硬盤插上轉動后有異常響聲吧，如果是的話，你只能拿去保修。

否則拆開硬盤盒，檢測線路是否松脫。從新插好
