BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，; T8 l* x+ B3 z$ d8 U

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
  B3 S2 U) |! Y2 @0 o公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.' u' j7 i- I% S6 Q) W. x
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.www3.tvboxnow.com( S1 L- E* I; v4 k  c$ \6 z, r
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

8 E( b. R  i4 K/ g1 U9 rUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.9 G% _: u: R6 x7 E( ~6 ?
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
