i link both directly by cable already,it show network connected but i can't view each other file at opposite computer. should i change any setting for it?

在 Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools
U must get a Crosslink Lan cable. normal patch cable or network cable is Straight Lan cable. Crosslink means the twist of 1st and 3rd, 2nd and 6th twist pair. after that u need to set the IP address of each pc to 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2, after tat both the subnet should be 255.255.255.0, after tat is...default gateway put it as 192.168.1.1 both. then workgroup should be the same...then share the drive as well. then only u can each other.
hi...i do have the similar problem on connecting my pc with router ...pls help...can u tell me how to set the ip address ? also, there're more than one network connection drivers in my pc...how i can delete those useless ones ? thanks...highly appreciated it :onion10: :onion14:
