Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
8 P7 X& ~0 g! h$ H! }tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbAnyone have suggestion?????

It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
. N" W3 H8 }' b% {9 D5 g! Ftvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
$ S& R# `8 ~0 h3 V  TTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointwww3.tvboxnow.com8 @0 T3 G9 r. p& _" R% B; F
4.) Wipe computer
